Reiki is a form of energy healing that focuses on channeling universal life energy into the body to promote balance and well-being. Reiki helps clear blockages in the energy field, reduce stress, and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. It’s a peaceful, non-invasive practice that supports emotional, physical, and spiritual healing.

Distance Reiki works by channeling healing energy through intention, not requiring physical presence. Energy isn’t limited by time or space, so I can send healing energy to you no matter where you are. During the session, you may experience sensations of warmth, relaxation, or calm as the energy clears blockages and restores balance. The healing energy flows just as powerfully as it would in an in-person session.
